Hello all, well, as the title says, the waiting is the hardest part. What are we waiting for? Well, mostly to get into our permanent home.
If all goes well, it should all fall together on October 15th. It will be a busy day, closing on the NH house in the morning and the TN house in the afternoon. And in between all that, having the moving company deliver our stuff from storage. Oh, and let's hope Karen doesn't forget to bring the kids to school!
We are grateful for both houses, for our NH to have sold quickly and for all the details of the TN to fall into place.
The kids have joined CCD and their first meeting is this week. We have warned their teachers that they have never been in traditional CCD, no Family Program anymore :(
Karen and Anna have joined the contemporary singing group at Church. It is a high school/college age group and it will be a nice time for both. Anna may even play her flute at some point.
Karen and Marian have their first Daisy meeting tomorrow. There are 9 girls in the troop. It looks like it will be a fun year and Marian is both eager and nervous about her new troop.
For all of you who are wondering, Bogdan's shoulder and aftermath from surgery is going well. He is slowly using his arm and shoulder more. No heavy lifting, not more than 5 pounds. But, he is feeling fine and without any pain medication. He is working again and still loving his job.
That's it for now. Thanks for reading!
