We are moving forward toward our closing day. All is well with the house in NH, one last water test was done and showed the water with acceptable levels. That was the last contingency on the house, so it should be smooth sailing....
The house in TN is awaiting on the appraisal which should be done tomorrow or Saturday.

It is getting colder here (although not as cold as NH, I hear) and we are eager to get our warm clothes and blankets out of storage!
